Our final release of 2023 deserves a spotlight all its own. Our FIRST release distilled entirely from our copper Forsyth stills - this is the hallmark of our distillery expansion, 3-years in the making. A beautiful and light color, featuring a spicey but robust flavor, this is the only whiskey you'll want to enjoy during the holiday and winter season.
NOSE: Coconut sugar with fresh-cut hay, honey, and rich florals.
TASTE: Sweet and bready malts with burnt sugar, vanilla, sugary tobacco, leather, clove and all-spice
FINISH: Clean, smooth, toasted wood, black pepper, and baking spices.
BASE SPIRIT: Distilled from a blend of organic 2-row & organic crystal malts.
THE WATER: We only use local water that flows to us from the surrounding Northern Rocky Mountain peaks. The water is high in mineral content and as pure as water can come.
AWARDS: Our Whiskeys has won gold medals from the American Craft Spirit Awards and the San Francisco International Spirits Competition, in addition to a double gold award from the SIP International Spirits Competition.
