The 4th release opens and settles as you sip, rippling across your palate with soft fruit notes that transform into warm, earthy hints of tobacco and cinnamon. It soothes the senses while warming the belly.
NOSE: Sweet peach and pineapple with undertones of coconut, vanilla, and star anise.
TASTE: Sweet malts with notes of barley, leather, tobacco and cinnamon.
FINISH: A clean, fruit finish with a lingering spice.
BASE SPIRIT: Distilled from a blend of organic 2-row & organic crystal malts.
WATER: We only use pure, mineral-rich water that flows to us from the surrounding Northern Rocky Mountain peaks.
